| KIR2DL5B是由KIR2DL5B基因编码的一种抑制性杀伤细胞免疫球蛋白样受体，主要表达于自然杀伤（NK）细胞和部分T细胞表面。其胞内区含有两个ITIM（免疫受体酪氨酸抑制基序），在与HLA-C类分子等配体结合后可传递抑制性信号，负向调控NK细胞的杀伤活性。KIR2DL5B是KIR2DL5基因的两种功能性产物之一（另一种为KIR2DL5A），在人群中呈现多态性分布。 | |
